What's the difference in fragrance and essential oil candles?

Essential oils are derived straight from a plant and bottled up, making them a completely natural candle option. Do you accept CashApp?

Can I skip shipping and just pick up my order?

Yes, you can! When checking out, select "Arrange Pickup" as your delivery option. We will coordinate with you on how to get your order to you once it is ready.

What candle should I buy?

It depends on what you are looking for in a candle. You can use our search bar to find scents you're typically drawn to such as lavender or vanilla. We also have filters on our main shop page that categorizes our products by collection and scent type. Feel free to use this to guide your decision.

Why does it look like some of my candles have more product in them?

Our candles are measured by weight, not volume. ​The weight to volume ratio of a particular fragrance will ultimately impact the overall volume of the candle.

What is the burn time?

Burn time will vary depending on room temperature, duration candle is burned at each use, wick size and quantity, etc.

For 4 oz: ~20-25 hours

For 7.5 oz: ~35-45 hours

For 9 oz: ~45-55 hours

For 14.5 oz (2-wick): ~60-80 hours

For 16 oz (3-wick): ~70-90 hours

How long does it take to process my order?

We make sure we ship your package within 2-3 business days of you placing your order.  Processing may be delayed during the holiday season from Thanksgiving through New Years. Please be patient with us during this time period.
